Itinerary:

Day 1 : Fes – Merzouga desert

Our tour from Fez to Merzouga will start through the atlas mountain cities and towns. On or way, we will pause in Ifran and takes some lovely pictures with the lovely rocky lion. Later on, we will continue to Azrou where we will stop to feed the monkeys in the cedar forest. After wards we will head via Midelt, Errachidia and Arfoud to Merzouga. There, in Merzouga, we will ride camels towards the high dunes of Erg Chebbi to enjoy the beauty of the golden sand as well as to watch the sunset. Next, we will seek a camp in the middle of the desert and there, we will spend our first night of this tour.

Day 2: Merzouga – Todra Gorges

Today’s program of this amazing tour from Fez to Merzouga will be visiting the Toudgha gorges. This trip begins in the early morning after having breakfast in Merzouga and a shower. The road to the Dades gorges will be via Rissani, and Todgha gorges. There in Todgha, we will have a delicious lunch and spend the night in a hotel.

Day 3 : Todra Gorges – Midelt – Fes

In the last day of this tour from Fes to Merzouga, we will leave to Fez. On our road, we will pause to take some pictures and enjoy the beauty of the panoramic view. Once we reach the Fez, our services and duties ends.

We stayed only 3 days in Fes and we decided to spend a day on the Atlas. Imlil was our choice. Everything was perfect. The driver took us from our riad, drove well, explained everything about the area. At Imlil a guide brought us on a 2 hour trekking,easy but beautiful. I suggest this trip for people who have few days in Marrakech but want to discover what's outside the city!

We chose the 3-day excursion to Merzouga, our guide spoke very good English and made us feel welcome. Our Sahara desert experience was wonderful and it was worth every penny plus more. The camel rides are definitely worth a try, even if you're a bit worried like we were. The guides were excellent in terms of encouragement and making sure we were okay and safe at all times. The beautiful scenery will remain with you forever, we thank Marrakech to Desert for organizing such a wonderful well-planned trip. Faysal who dealt with many of our inquiries was particularly helpful and a great laugh. He has great knowledge about Morocco and supported us during our stay, to get a restaurant booking at short notice to a great place called Pepe Nero, we recommend their food. Faysal also helped us to squeeze in a Hamman booking before we left and gave us good advice throughout the time we were in Morocco.
